In addition there is a separate toilet with handbasin. 200 litre electrically heated hot water tank. Heating is by wood burning stove and electric radiators.

Outside Area: Outside there is a covered patio area with garden furniture, barbecue and washing line. There is a large garden (mainly grass) and plenty of parking space for cars. There are storage facilities available if required.

Kitchen

Surrounding Area: The busy market town of Riberac is a 10 minute drive away and has 4 supermarkets as well as a market every Friday morning and plenty of cafés and bars. The following leisure activities are available, all within a 30 minute drive: golf, canoeing, fishing, bike hire in Riberac, swimming at Lake Jemaye, and in the river at Aubeterre, one of the 'Beautiful Villages of France'. Further afield in Perigueux there is a 10 screen cinema complex, theatre and museums.
