On reservation a deposit corresponding to 1 month rent is required. 60 days prior to taking possession of the property an additional deposit of 1 month rent is required. The monthly rent is payable 20 days in advance prior to each month by bank transfer. The deposit paid on reservation as well as 60 days prior to occupancy will be considered as security deposit for the villa and the out goings.
