Outside Area: The garden is average size but has flower beds and veggie patch with compost, overlooking the countryside on the edge of Loize. Outside there is a rustic terrace and shade form surrounding trees with double gate entrance and plenty of parking space. There is an outside shed and hanger area for parking and wood storage.

Heating system:

The heating is efficiently provided with a fire insert for log burning in one and of the house, which ducts heat up to the upper floor. In addition there is a second log burning stove in the large lounge. Hot water is provided with a central electrically heated tank, which heats up overnight during cheap rate. Any additional heating if required is provided by electric radiators. The bathroom has efficient electric radiators which also act as towel rails.
