The property: The cottage has electric central heating with radiators in each room and comprises:- Large living room with windows onto the street, furnished with dining table and chairs, easy chairs and sofa. Satellite television, DVD player, video player, radio/CD player. Adjoining kitchen area with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside Area: The cottage fronts onto the very attractive street. There is no garden or outside area attached to the cottage. |

Surrounding Area: The old port is only 150 yards from the cottage, the nearest restaurant is within 50 yards and the port area and the town boast many antique, art and craft shops, museums as well as further fine restaurants. Boats and canoes may be hired at the port. Golf is available at many beautiful courses within 30 to 45 minutes drive. St..Malo and many sandy beaches are within 25 miles. Normandy beaches may be reached in a day trip; allow 2 hours travelling each way for this. There is a bakery within about 150 yards and within a 10 minute walk up the very steep hill there are many shops, bars and restaurants in the town. There are very good large supermarkets within a 10 minute drive and the area is also excellent for country walks and cycling. There is a railway station in the town with links to St. Malo and even a day trip to Paris is possible at a modest price on the TGV via Rennes. |
