The property:  The house was built in 2004 and offers the latest electric heating and double glazing should you need it! On the ground floor, the accommodation comprises of a hallway, downstairs WC, lounge, dining area and luxury kitchen, with a fridge and ice box, microwave with convection oven and full grill, two ring hob and washing machine. The lounge has two leather sofas and coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs, and is equipped with a DVD Player and stereo CD player. The sliding patio doors lead out to a small private garden. Upstairs, there are two good sized bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes. One bedroom has a large double Victorian bed and the other bedroom has large bunk beds.There is also a shower room with power shower and low voltage lighting. All floors are tiled throughout We have done our best to furnish the house to a high standard that makes it feel like a home from home.

Outside Area: The rear garden is small but it is for your own personal use and now has established lavender bushes, and has a hardwood table with 6 chairs and a large sun parasol. It is south facing and so you'll catch the sun from 7.00am until 6.00pm, unless of course, you want to sun bathe around the pool! There is a large gas barbecue with all the cooking implements and outside lighting.

Surrounding Area: There is loads to do. The house is just 2 minutes walk from a beautiful village and only 10 minutes walk from the beach. To check out the area please visit these two websites - there is too much too list!
