Outside Area: Outside there is a large secluded garden, with summer house and above ground pool. The garden has beautiful views of the valley and Forest beyond. Directly outside is a large seating area with a private stone BBQ. The southfacing aspect makes it warm enough to dine 'al fresco' at any time of the year.

Surrounding Area: Our nearest large village is Sauxillanges 6K away. Sauxillanges has everything you could need on a daily basis, with supermarket, bank, post office, 3 restaurants several bars and boulangeries. Condat Les Montboissier is just 4K away and has a boulangerie and a good restaurant. The large town of Issoire is just a 20 minute drive away and offers good shopping a large weekly market and all communication and transport links. Clermont Ferrand is just a 45 minute drive.

There are many marked walks literally on the doorstep, with a beautiful swimming lake a 20 minute drive away, and several equestrian centres within very close range. The very quiet roads make this area ideal for cyclists.
