The property: Originally a working farm, Les Moustans has been restored and equipped to the highest standard of comfort and convenience. Standing in over 1 ha of land, we are pleased to offer you a choice of flexible accommodation (8 gîtes and B&B), making the site ideal for both couples and larger parties.

Gite 3: this gîte is located on the ground floor of the Old Barn: it has all the modern furnishings and finishes, but at the same time also maintains some of the original structure, such as authentic beams and exposed walls.
The accommodation exists of the following: 1 large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (possibility to add a baby cot if required), a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen area, combined with the living room area. In the living room you will also find a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people.
All beds have quality beds and new mattresses ! And the gîte is centrally heated to keep you nice and warm during the colder months.
Outside there is a private terrace with garden chairs and table.

Outside Area: Within our gardens we have 2 superb swimming pools. They are cleaned and serviced every day and are an ideal place for cooling-off on a hot summer day, or for simply lying back and enjoying a refreshing drink on the terraced area. Furthermore you will also find a children's play area in our garden. Games such as table tennis and darts can be enjoyed in our games room. And the tennis court is only a 2 minute walk away.

Surrounding Area: We are located in St. Matre, about 20 km west of Cahors, not far from the medieval town of Montcuq, surrounded by the Cahors vineyards. Montcuq is a most vivid, typical little French town with unspoiled medieval character. Here you will find nice restaurants and cafés as well as a weekly market, where you can buy all the fresh ”goodies” directly from the local farmers.

Other comments: This property is also available for summer holiday rentals.

Pricing Info: From 599 € per month, October to April. Rental Rate excludes utilities (water, electricity and heating are not included in the rent). Rental payments to be paid each month in advance with an extra month’s rent paid at the beginning of the term as a security deposit.
Towel and bed linen rental possible. Cot and highchair are available if required, please bring your own cot linen.
