The property:  Mas San Julian, is an attractive stone built former wine cave, with views overlooking Canigou and the Pyrenees mountains. Just 1.5 kms from the town centre of Thuir and 5 kms to the picturesque village of Castelnou.

The accommodation offers a private ground floor covered terrace with table, chairs and barbecue. The ground floor consists of a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, full size oven and four ring hob. The lounge area is comfortably furnished with leather suite and the dining area with large oak dining table and seating. The first floor accommodation comprises of two double size bedrooms, one with its' own terrace overlooking the parkland the swimming pool and Canigou, the shower room is off the landing area with full size shower, wash hand basin and WC. On the second floor the mini suite offers a further terrace, double and single bed with a large bathroom with bath and shower attachment, wash hand basin and WC. All bedrooms are individually furnished to a high standard.

Outside Area: The accommodation looks out over the 2.5 acres of well kept parkland with the central point being the heated swimming pool (open April - November). Due to its quiet and private location, the parkland is an ideal area for children to safely play, the pool is fully enclosed with child proof gates.

Surrounding Area: Our lodges are located just 1.5 kms from the town centre of the charming market town of Thuir which is an ideal centre for all types of holidays. Within just a short drive, the beach, the mountains and Spain (all approximately 20 minutes by car) offer a wealth of opportunities to explore this fantastic unspoilt region of France. Further sightseeing/sporting opportunities such as Andorra and the ski resorts of Font Romeu and Les Angles can be enjoyed by driving a little further, make the location perfect for either an action packed or relaxing holiday.

Pricing Info: Prices start from £600 per month with electricity charged as consumed at cost. Bed linen and towel package available if required at £6.50 per person per week. Security deposit of £200/300€ required on arrival. 25% of first months rent required on reservation.
