The property:  This is a recently refurbished villa which is in a quiet location but very close to village and large town amenities. It has electric wall heaters in all rooms and 2 log burning stoves with an adequate supply of wood.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed with good wardrobe space and en-suite. Opens onto a terrace.
Bedroom 2 with double bed with good wardrobe space. Bedroom 3 with twin beds with good wardrobe space. All bedrooms have heating.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom for bedroom 1 has a shower and WC. 2nd bathroom sits between bedroom 2 and 3 with a shower, bath and WC. Separate WC.
Kitchen: Well equipped with electric hob and oven, a microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the basement and a BBQ for outdoor cooking.
Utility Room: Washing machine in the basement, iron and ironing board available.
Living Rooms: Corner sofa around a log-burning fire. Satellite TV with English and French channels, DVD player and Hi Fi. There is a dining table in the dining area with seating for 6 adults.
Other: There is a covered terrace adjoining the master bedroom and living room with a patio table and seating for 6 - perfect for outdoor eating.
Towels and linen are included all provided clean at the start of your stay. If you are staying for 2 weeks and wish to have them changed after a week there will be a charge of 12 euros/person.

Outside Area: The swimming pool will normally be closed for the winter months. Access is negotiable. There is an outside patio with barbeque and seating for 6. There is also a covered terrace outside the master bedroom again with seating for 6 - great for outdoor breakfast.

Surrounding Area: ‘Les Trois Oliviers’ is ideally situated in the heart of the L'Hérault area of the Languedoc. It is 5 minutes to Pezenas, renowned for its art galleries and antique shops. Sit in one of the numerous cafés and watch the world go by! There are numerous tourist towns such as Nimes, Beziers, and Montpellier or visit the ancient walled city of Carcassonne which is just an hour away. For children, head to the coast for water sports. Vias, Valras and Marseillan Plage have fun rides but the main one, Cap d'Agde, has theme parks, Aqualand, Toons-Land, Luna Park, an aquarium and there is also a forest adventure park 'La Foret d'acrobates'. Sete has jousting during the main summer months. For the more active there is golf, abseiling, canoeing, horse riding, hiking and walking in the area. The Canal du Midi is a short drive away. In the largest wine producing area in France there are plenty to try before you buy! There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. You'll be spoilt for choice!
