The kitchen is built in (inc oven and dishwasher) and has a large storage area. The two bathrooms have been recently renovated. One has a walk in shower, the other a bath with shower screen. There is a utility room equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is wifi broadband installed and sky and tps satellites.

Outside dining

Outside Area: At the back of the property. There is an external terrace, part enclosed and part open in the form of a wooden deck, with a table seating eight. This has great views over the valley down to Beaumont de Lomagne. There is a double garage and a sweep around drive with two metals gates. The garden is 20m x 15m, and there is a pool separated by a hedge from the main garden. The pool is 10x5m and is surrounded by a large terrace 25x10m. There is a pool shed with fridge and storage area for the loungers provided.

Surrounding Area: The house is located near the village of Garies. The nearest large town is Beaumont de Lomagne (10km), where there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and tennis courts. The area is traditional Gascon famed for its garlic and foie gras. There are plenty of open markets and in the summer night markets and fetes. It is a great area for exploring and cycling. Toulouse is 45 mins drive and Montauban 40 minutes drive. The Pyrenees for walkers or skiers is around 2 1/2 hours drive away.

Pricing Info: From 1100 euros to 2000 euros per month depending on length of rental and time of year. For a long term rent of 12 months plus we would look for around 1100-1200 euros per month. Lets over the summer would be 1500-2000 euros.
