The property: The farmhouse is a single storey building with large grenier/loft offering plenty of room for storage. Exterior rendered painted walls with a recently retiled roof.  Four double bedrooms each fitted with wardrobes or chest of drawers. Large lounge leading to study/dining room. Four reclining chairs and chaise lounge in lounge together with coffee table and various side tables. T.V. with satellite dish and a shelving unit. The study has a computer desk, large table and shelving unit for books. Kitchen has large oak table, seats 8, and various units. Surrounding Area: The market town of Beaumont de Lomagne is 6km away and has the River Gimone running through it where it is possible to fish. There is a public swimming pool, tennis courts, rugby and football facilities. It also has a large lake with a man made beach with facilities for holiday makers and for public use. There are several historic villages in the surrounding area. There is an international trotting stadium. Beaumont has a market every Saturday morning and various festivals held in the square periodically. The local vineyard of St. Sardos is only few minutes away where you can purchase local wine.
