Nearest: general grocery, bakery, butcher, small supermarket 3 minutes drive, large supermarket 10 minutes. Sandy beaches 30 minutes, Carcassonne 1 hour. Numerous superb restaurants nearby. You can dine out for a month and not visit the same place twice!  

Property is ground level with ramp up to decking/entrance doors so may be suitable for some wheelchair users. However, WC is not large enough for a wheelchair.

The majority of the land nearby is devoted to vinticulture and the geography is that Agel is in a river valley with some high relief ground close by and to the south of the much more significant Black Mountains. It is 30 minutes drive to the sea

Narbonne and Beziers are close by. Toulouse is 2 hours by car. Barcelona is three hours.
