The property:

Ground floor: The farmhouse kitchen has beamed ceilings and is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, micro-wave, fridge, cooler, freezer, oven, hob, television, CD player and seating for eight people.
Sitting room has a beamed ceiling, open log fireplace, Sky Television, CD player. French doors which open onto the terrace.
Study has a double sofa bed and French doors that open onto the terrace. There is also a door from the study to the cave (14 degrees) cold room for storage of wine etc.

First floor:
Double bedroom with large double bed fitted cupboards and has an extra large ensuite bathroom. Second double bedroom with fitted cupboards. Twin bedroom in beautiful blue design with fitted cupboards. Bathroom with separate water closet.

Surrounding Area:

The farmhouse is five kilometers from the A7 Autoroute, 30 minutes from the T.G.V. Avignon station, 35 minutes from Marseille airport and 60 minutes from Nimes airport. It is an ideal location for touring all the beautiful villages of Provence.

The Luberon is well know for its walking, biking, canoeing, wine, olive tours and antique shops. Wine and lavender museums, snail parks cave and vine yards. With many famous magnificent hill top villages with narrow streets, colourful markets, cafes and splendid views across the Luberon National Park.

Nimes, Arles, Pont Du Gard, St. Remy, Vaison la Romaine and Orange all with extensive Roman buildings and historic remains. The wonderful Sunday market at L'Isles-la-Sorgue is nearby and is still one of the best antique markets in Provence.

The Camargue with its beaches, wild horses and wild life is only 90 minutes away. Cavaillon known for its melons is a small town with all the facilities for every day life (banks, supermarkets etc.) and has many quality shops, restaurants, wine caves and with a local market held every Monday.
