Outside Area: The large, well maintained garden offers pleasant views of the nearby forest and surrounding countryside. Garden furniture and BBQ are provided.

Surrounding Area: L’Etre Bidault is ideally situated on the edge of the Forêt des Andaines with forest walks and cycling possible directly from the cottage. A short drive will enable you to explore the historic town of Domfront to the west or the famous tourist town of Bagnoles de l’Orne to the east. The area offers a diverse selection of activities of interest to all age groups. These include visits to castles, museums or the casino, or more active pursuits such as golf, tennis, swimming, canoeing, fishing or horse riding.

The cottage is approximately 1 ½ hrs from Caen, the D Day Landing beaches, Mont St Michel and Rennes.

Pricing Info: The price per calendar month is exclusive of utilities and logs for the wood burner. The costs incurred for the use of the telephone and internet are payable by the tenant. A deposit of 25% of the total rental is required to confirm your dates, payable at the time of booking. This is returned at the end of the tenancy on receipt of the full term’s rent and the settlement of all bills. If the booking is cancelled before commencement, this deposit is forfeited. A security/damage deposit of £200 / 250 Euros is required with the first month’s rent on the day of arrival. This will be returned less any expenses within 14 days of vacating the property.
