The property:  Coach cottage is a converted 200 year old barn located down a lane in the village of Tremolat. It has open beams and a wood burning stove for winter heating. Comfortably furnished with traditional wooden furniture it has just one bedroom and is a perfect retreat for a couple looking to experience life in a rural French village. The lounge is open to roof height with a large mezzanine bedroom. The kitchen is fully fitted with a washing machine and electric oven/gas hob. We also offer WIFI Internet access.

Outside Area: There is a private terrace just outside the patio doors with garden table and chairs and a barbecue. Comfortable loungers are also available. Access to a pool area.

Surrounding Area: Tremolat has everything you could need for a long term stay
with restaurants and shops. Other small towns are nearby. Lalinde and Le Bugue both only 15 minutes drive away. Bergerac, Sarlat and Perigueux 30 and 40 minutes distance. There are trains every day from the railway station only 1 mile distant.
All the sights and sounds of the Dordogne on your doorstep with Châteaux, prehistoric sites, vineyards and museums close by.
Horse riding, canoeing and waterski are also available in the area.
The Dordogne river is a short walk away.
