Outside Area: There is a lake complete with ducks surrounded by a lovely wooded area, next to the house is a ten by four pool with a barbecue, and sun loungers.

Surrounding Area: We are situated near the market town of Lezay which has a supermarket, banks, post office, shops and a huge street market every Tuesday. The cities of Niort and Poitiers are 45 minutes away.

For the house hunters or holiday makers the Poitou-Charentes region is full of gorgeous villages and towns stacked with places of interest too many to list.

We are in easy reach of the theme park Futurascope west of Poitiers, the ancient city of La Rochelle on the west coast is an hour and a half drive, and not forgetting Cognac, Bordeaux and St Emilion for the wine lovers to the South, and for the house hunter we have years of experience and many contacts and are more than willing to help you with the many ways of doing things in France.
