The property:  The property is very big, about 150 m² split on two levels. One half of the property is fully renovated with 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with walk in shower. The kitchen measures 14 m², the lounge also measures about 14m², the main bedroom measures 10.5m² and the two remaining bedrooms are normal sizes. You will benefit from the best comfort such as American fridge, sky, big screen tv, microwave etc. The other half of the property is not accessible, it may be used as a storage space. From the main bedroom upstairs, you have got one of the best view in the area: a small lake very close by but also the clocher of the nearest town. You will hear the tiny frogs from the lake every evenings during the summer months.

Outside Area: The property comes with a large field of about 1 hectare. It is situated near a communal road with no traffic, maybe two to three cars a day. The nearest neighbours are about 800m away. This is a small community and everybody knows each other. There is no pool. 

Surrounding Area: Closest village is walking distance (Aguts). Closest town (Puylaurens) is 7 km away, you see all of it from the main bedroom. We stand at the window during the fete for the fireworks, best seat in the house. Revel is another close town (11 Km) it was broadcasted on BBC several times, for mainly its well known market but also furniture. There is the lake of Saint Ferreol just on top of Revel. It is extremely gorgeous. This is the region of rugby, between the two main towns who were champions of France, Toulouse and Castres. Albi is about 45 min away and has one of the most photographed cathedral. There is so much to do you will never get bored. You are 45 min from Toulouse and Carcassonne airports. Nearest beach two hours, nearest ski resort two hours.

Pricing Info: We are flexible on the price depending how long you are staying for, we will give you a discount. All utilities bills are at your own charge including the fuel for central heating.
