The property: There are three apartments in a modern block (built 1992) all directly overlook the Mediterranean. The complex does NOT consist of holiday homes but has all year round local French residents. Two apartments have their own balcony overlooking the Med and consist of a small double bedded room - separate toilet and separate bath/shower room. The living room is furnished in modern pine complete with a ‘gigogne’  i.e. a sofa that makes into two single beds. Open kitchenette well equipped down to a corkscrew. Glass sliding doors lead onto the balcony.

The third apartment has the same small double bedded room with a separate toilet and separate bath/shower room but is much more spacious and furnished in the French style, with two large sofas + further sofa bed. A bar and dishwasher in the kitchenette. Sliding glass doors lead on to an enclosed sea-facing balcony.

Kitchen/Bar

Outside Area: The Apartments are set within two piazzas (upper and lower) with palm trees. The upper piazza contains it’s own swimming pool, the lower piazza consists of cafés/bars and restaurants and a Coiffure. Also within the complex is a modern three star hotel.

The whole is directly opposite the Mediterranean.

Surrounding Area: Sète is the premier fishing port on the French Mediterranean. The ‘Med’ as described is ‘across the road’. Montpellier/Bézier/the Camargue/Carcassonne/La Grand Motte etc. are all within a day’s visit, not forgetting the possibility of a day trip to Spain/Andorra and the Pyrénées.

Golf, swimming pools, all sports facilities too numerous to mention. All this besides the attractions of Sète itself with it’s Museums, Art Galleries, Markets etc. Your ‘long stay’ will be too short.

Other comments: This property is also available for summer holiday rentals.
