Linens are available if needed.

Outside Area: Adjacent to the kitchen is a covered terrace furnished with table and chairs for eating outdoors, as well as miscellaneous garden furniture. There is a sit-on mower for tenants to use and household and garden tools to use if required. There are roses, wisteria and fine old cypresses on the property where an ancient hamlet once stood on the road to St. Jaques de Compostelle. The large attached barn with a concrete floor can be used as a garage, and is ideal for storing furniture.

Surrounding Area: The house sits on a gentle rise in the middle of rolling farm country. It is ideal for walking, bicycling, and bird watching. The Atlantic and Mediterranean are about two hours by car. Agen, a large town with excellent shopping and serviced by the TGV, is half an hour away. Being on the borders of four different departments, the house is ideal for wide ranging house hunting and exploring many interesting sites and villages.

Pricing Info: Long lets of 6 months to a year preferred, at a rate of 800 euros per month. Lets of less than 6 month’s 1100 euros per month depending on season. A deposit of 1200 euros for any length of stay required. Tenants are required to sign a contract and provide a bank reference.
