Upstairs you will find  a double and a twin bedroom both with their own en-suite shower rooms.

The cottage is south facing so when the sun shines, you have all day sun for your enjoyment whilst sitting on your private terraced area. The view is simply stunning, overlooking a deeply wooded valley with ever changing colours.

Outside Area: Les Roches has it’s own terraced area which has seating for 4. It has a large gas barbeque and shares a large swimming pool with 2 other cottages. The property is set atop 5 acres of garden with exquisite south facing views to the nearby village church of Mongesty. You also have your own entrance gate with a private parking facility.

Surrounding Area: Les Roches is situated in the hamlet of La Merigue close to the village of Thedirac which has a well renowned bakery. It is only 5km from Catus which has all the shops and local amenities you would need. The nearest large towns with supermarkets are Gourdon (18 mins) and Cahors (25 mins). Fresh produce can be purchased from the many local markets in the area which are open every day barring Monday. Being equidistant between the Lot and Dordogne rivers, we are blessed with many activities, from canoeing, walking, golf, horse riding to just taking tours of the many ancient chateaux and villages, not to mention the many marvellous restaurants in the area.

As we are in the middle of the Cahors wine region, we are only a few minutes away from the numerous vineyards that make this region popular with tourists and wine connoisseurs alike who come to taste and buy the many and varied local red wines.
