The woodburner keeps you warm and cosy during those winter evenings.  

From the master bedroom in the Pigeonnier, you step through French doors, onto the courtyard for breakfast in the morning sun. Another double room and a bathroom with WC and shower make the gîte a pleasant home. All doubles have quality beds and new mattresses!!

Outside Area: In the garden you will find the swimming pool ( season only ) with its terrace with garden chairs and sun beds. From your gîte you will access your private terrace with BBQ and ample seating. In the former pigsty is the washing machine for general use.

Surrounding Area: In the closest little town, Frayssinet-Le-Gelat ( 4 mins ), are the boulanger, a supermarket and 2 nice restaurants. An active art gallery, a church and a pleasant day beach on the riverbanks make Frayssinet a nice outing. In Prayssac and attractive Villefranche du Perigord there are more nice shops and facillities ( only 10 mins ).
