	The property: The house built in the 1700’s is a Provencal Bastide style property, it was the winery owner’s house. Attached is the Relais de Poste an old stage coach stopping point. It is in the foothills of the Alpilles range, also views to Mt Ventoux the highest point in Provence. Originally the house had 13 bedrooms and the outbuildings five apartments for wine yard workmen. Wineries are abundant and cultural towns are plentiful. The main sporting attractions would be horse riding, walking, swimming and cycling.

Heating system:	The Relais de Poste will have a new central heating system fired by gas by the end of September 2007. The house apartments have gas central heating.
