A rear terrace runs the entire length of the cottage with unspoilt views. It is partially covered and has a barbecue and full set of garden furniture. Around the cottage are landscaped gardens maintained by the owners who occupy the farmhouse in the hamlet and who are on hand for assistance and advice when needed. There is ample parking in the separate car park.

Surrounding Area: Hameau du Perigord is ideally situated in the southern Dordogne close to Bergerac and the medieval market towns Eymet, Castillonnes and Issigeac. Vineyards, châteaux, patchwork countryside, small villages characterise the area. Bergerac is not far away for major shopping and access to rail and air communications. Local activities include horseriding, cycling, walking, canoeing, fishing and golf. A number of cycle circuits have been based from Hameau du Perigord.
