All windows in property are shuttered.

The villa is extremely well served by airports at Béziers (nearest) Carcassonne, Perpignan, Montpellier and Nimes. The Mediterranean beaches are a 25 minute drive away, and the fantastic mountains are about a 40 minute drive in the opposite direction. Barcelona can be reached within 3 hours! There are plenty of activities within the area, canoeing, horse riding, hill walking, water sports and leisurely trips on the Canal du Midi.
