The property: This first floor apartment has three large double en-suite bedrooms with shower and toilets. Each has a double bed and single beds, sleeping up to a total of ten. We arrange the beds in each room to suit the party.

There is a large comfortable lounge with satellite TV and video and a Kitchen diner. The kitchen has all mod cons with pots and pans, cutlery, and crockery, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle toaster and coffee maker.

Outside Area: You have full use of the garden area with the pool and covered barns. The pool is a 5 metre circular pool open for the summer with barbecues and sunbeds, tables and chairs, table tennis and darts etc, all in a dawn to dusk suntrap. The area is shared with our other guests but there is ample room for all. There is also under cover parking.

Surrounding Area: We are situated on the borders of Deux-Sèvres and the Vienne departments, about 4 km from the small town of Couhé and about 6 km from the market town of Lezay with historic city of Poitiers 35 km to the north via the N10 and to the west is another lovely city, Niort both excellent shopping centres.

For the house hunter or holiday makers the Poitou-Charentes region is full of gorgeous villages and towns stacked with places of interest too many to list.

We are in easy reach of the theme park Futurascope west of Poitiers, the ancient city of La Rochelle on the west coast about an hour and a half drive, and not forgetting Cognac, Bordeaux and St Emilion for the wine lovers to the south.
