Outside Area: The property sits within a 2 acre garden (mainly grass) with fruit trees and private swimming pool with garden. The pool is available from May to October.

Outside the French doors there is a well equipped eating area, with lovely views to the village Church.

Surrounding Area: Whether looking north to the rolling Gascon countryside and vineyards or south to the Pyrénées the property location is stunning.
The village is rural and made up of small family farms, the village Church and the heart of the village - the local restaurant.
The village is set between 2 market towns and there are a number of spa towns within easy access.
With excellent access to lovely Pau and lively Toulouse the location can meet all criteria.

Deposit of 30% is required on booking, and a refundable security deposit will also be required.
For rentals of up to 1 month, payment will be due 6 weeks prior to commencement of stay. For extended durations, terms are negotiable. Available for long lets between October and end April.
