Outside Area: There are large, mature gardens to the front and rear of the property. The leafy front garden has a large pond fed by a natural underground spring. The secluded swimming pool, located in the back garden, is heated during the summer months. The are also swings and a slide for the young-at-heart.

Surrounding Area: The surrounding area includes medieval Falaise, the birthplace of William the Conqueror, offering plenty of amenities, and the local restaurants offer tempting regional dishes with cider and cream. Nearby is the Cathedral town of Lisieux, the Normandy landing beaches and the beautiful Suisse Normande.

Pricing Info: The price is £595 per month for Winter lets from October to March inclusive. Gas, electricity and logs are extra, charged at cost. If required, bed linen is available, but bring own towels. (A one off charge is made at the end of the let to cover laundry.) Bookings are to be accompanied by a deposit of one month's rent which is held over until the end of the let. The rental is paid monthly and is due one month in advance.
N.B. A credit reference will be required for all UK residents. Where this is not possible, a deposit of anything up to 6 months in advance will be required, depending on circumstances.
