Ground floor: dining room with log-burning stove, fully-equipped kitchen which comprises fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, microwave and oven, twin bedroom, bathroom and separate WC. First floor: double bedroom with en suite shower, twin bedroom, wash room and WC.

Outside Area: The garden includes swings and a slide for the young-at-heart, and a delightful swimming pool. All surrounded by orchards and arable farmland. Across the valley can be seen more orchards and horses from the local stables.

Surrounding Area: The property is within easy reach of the D-day landing beaches of Normandy and the renowned countryside of the Pays d’Auge, famous for its cheeses, cider and calvados, which may be sampled at the local distilleries. Also accessible are the fashionable resorts of Deauville and Honfleur, and Paris can be visited within a comfortable day-trip.

Pricing Info: The price is £595 per month for Winter lets from October to March inclusive. Electricity, telephone and logs are extra, charged at cost. If required, bed linen is available, but bring own towels. (A one off charge is made at the end of the let to cover laundry.) Bookings are to be accompanied by a deposit of one month's rent which is held over until the end of the let. The rental is paid monthly and is due one month in advance.
N.B. A credit reference will be required for all UK residents. Where this is not possible, a deposit of anything up to 6 months in advance will be required, depending on circumstances.
