Outside Area: We have 3 gîtes on the property with terrace, BBQ and seating for 5 people, a private woodland of 4.5 acres with a large heated swimming pool, a barn with a playroom and sport facilities.

Surrounding Area: The Lot region is a very peaceful area where life is good, with surprises around every corner, nature undisturbed and a joy to see. We are near the Black Périgord and the “land of 1000 châteaux”, 20 kms from Sarlat and not far from the vinyards of Cahors on the Lot river. The St Jacques trail is nearby and there are a lot of well sign posted walking paths (about 70 kms)..

Electric wall-mounted radiators each controlled by an adjustable thermostat in all rooms, with a traditional log burning stove in the lounge.
