There is a fully equipped Provencale style kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher with a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. 

Open plan living and dining area, comfortably seating 6 people with high vaulted ceilings overlooked by a separate mezzanine lounge. There is a TV, DVD player and CD player/radio.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin room (with 2 extra pull out beds). Downstairs there is 1 double bedroom. On the Mezzanine there is a Convertible sofa. There are 2 bathrooms each with Bath, shower and toilet.

Outside Area: There is a large outside terrace with private pool set within landscaped gardens. The pool is fully alarmed and has a security cover. There is outdoor dining with a table and 6 chairs and 4 sun loungers. There is also a BBQ and a separate garage.

Surrounding Area: Provence is a land of culture and arts. There are plenty of festivals such as the opera festival in Aix-en-Provence, as well as a wide variety of museums and historical monuments notably the Palais des Papes in Avignon. Also well worth visiting are the charming villages with their weekly markets - Gordes, Lourmarin and Les Baux de Provence to name but a few. The nearest town is Mallemort which is approx. 3 kms away - it has a large supermarket - Intermarche, bakeries, pharmacies and medical centre and a weekly market on a Friday morning.

A wide range of leisure activities are available within a short walk of the villa in the adjacent Pierre & Vacances family resort including wavepool, playground, kids' clubs, horse-riding, tennis, basketball as well as entertainment, restaurants, bars and shops.

Pricing Info: Long lets are available all year round from 1,750 Euros per month.
Rates are excluding electricity, heating, water charges, and any other expenses originating from the rental. Pool and garden maintenance is included in the monthly rent. The pool is closed from Oct to May unless otherwise agreed.
On reservation, a refundable security deposit corresponding to 1 month rent is required. 1 month prior to taking possession of the villa, 1 month rent is due. The monthly rent is payable 15 days in advance prior to each month by bank transfer. At the end of the rental accounts are settled and the security deposit will be returned to the renter.
