For those who prefer a larger town Marmande, St Foy le Grand and Bergerac  are within easy distance, as is the airport at Bergerac (30 minutes). There are excellent golf courses, tennis courts at St Sernin (2 km away), horse riding and canoeing on the Dordogne. There is also plenty of scope for walking and cycling.
