Outside Area: The gîte is set in the grounds of the owners' house on approximately 1 hectare. There are 2 private outside dining areas, one covered at the front of the property and one uncovered with access from the living room where there is ample seating and the BBQ.

Surrounding Area: The gîte is situated a 15 minute drive from the medieval towns of Monflanquin, Tournon D'Agenais, Penne D'Agenais, Villeneuve Sur Lot and the stunning Chateau Bonaguil. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and prune orchards and within easy reach of many restaurants, markets and historical places of interest. We are situated approx. 2 miles from the river Lot where you can hire canoes and picnic on the banks. Horse-riding can be arranged and tennis courts are available in our village. Bergerac with its airport is a gentle 40 minute drive, Agen and its TGV stop only 45 minutes.
