Lovely 2 double bedroomed detatched gîte, cottage situated about 5 kilometers from St Dizier Lerenne which is local for small shopping items, however for more major items Bourganeuf is just 15 minutes away and has supermarkets, bars, cafés, banks and a lively market on Wednesdays. The property has a full size kitchen with cooker, fridge, washing machine, microwave, and toaster. The lounge dining room has 2 settees and table and chairs, plenty of DVD,s, CD player, wood burner for downstairs heating, and is very comfortable. Also on the ground floor is the shower room, toilet. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other has 2 single beds, these rooms are heated by electrical appliances. Bedlinen is included but laundry must be done by the tenant.
