Surrounding Area: There is a market twice weekly at Argelès-sur-Mer, which is a hive of activity, and once in St. Cyprien. Each village has its market day, plus vide-greniers happening each month - equivalent of car-boot sales. There are associations for every type of hobby in Argelès plus orienteering, horse-riding, cycling, fabulous drives along the coast into Spain, the Salvador Dali museum and into the mountains to Font Romeau for skiing...... The list is almost endless.

Pricing Info: October to April. 650 euros per month with 100 euros for utilities per month. Paid 1 month up front and per month thereafter either cash or euro cheque only. Deposit of 300 euros per month in euro/sterling cheque which becomes the security deposit on arrival. This cheque is ONLY cashed on non-appearance or any damage to property or contents. Otherwise a portion is returned 3 weeks after departure.
