Gîte 3 has 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor, giving 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms sleeping 8.

Outside Area: 2 pools available. Each gîte has a private garden, plus a communal garden, plus a childrens play area, all have own patio furniture and barbecue.

Surrounding Area: Good access for Poitiers, Niort, La Rochelle, Limoges, Bordeaux, Tours, Cognac.
Activities available are walking, horse riding, cycling, fishing, canoeing and swimming.

Other comments: Available all year. This property is also available for summer holiday rentals.
