Description of Property: Tyncoed gîtes is situated opposite woods overlooking Bagnères de Bigorre a spa town of around 9000. The gîte is over 2 floors with 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, an upstairs shower room, an office/study area, downstairs is open plan and the kitchen has an oven, gas hob, large fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. The gîte is equipped for 6 as there is also a bed settee but would suit 4 for longer term lets. There is also a TV and freeview satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Telephone and fixed broadband internet can be installed by subscription. There is free WiFi. The gîte is heated by electric heaters and a wood burning stove for year round rentals. This stove is very efficient and heats the entire property.

Outside Amenities: The gîte has a private terrace with views of the town and woods, there is a shed for storage and parking. set in gardens with a BBQ. Views of the Pyrénées are seen from the property which is in a quiet location opposite Gerde forest but the town is easily accessed on foot or car.
