Outside Amenities: Bluebell Cottage is approached by a private drive with room for one car. There is a private patio area with garden furniture of table, four chairs and parasol. The rest of the garden is shared with myself and my family and is approx a quarter of an acre with above ground pool, vegetable plot, chickens and various seating areas, designed to follow the sun around.
Fantastic views. Just minutes walk from the Charente and the world renowned Hennesy Châteaux.

Sunflower field
Two of the world famous Cognac walks go through the village. We are surrounded by vine yards and sunflower fields. Just 10 mins drive are Cognac which is lively, as well as beautiful with it's fantastic architecture and museums. Plenty to see and do in the town that lends it's name to the golden amber.
10 mins the other way is Jarnac, this lovely little town is on the edge of the river Charente with outdoor pools, play areas, bars and restaurants. Dominated by the Courvoissier museum. There is also a superb sports centre, horse racing track canoeing etc.
Easily accessible are cycle paths, a zoo, fishing, surfing, swimming pools, horse riding, canoeing, bowling, paint balling, cinemas, (often shown in English) and lots lots more.
