Description of Property:
Built at the beginning of 20th century. The house has small balconies with French doors at each window to the front. The apartment has two rooms a bedroom to the front, north, and a kitchen/living room and balcony to the south. The Canigou (the sacred mountain of the Catalans) is framed by the large French doors from the living room and offers ever changing vistas. The shower room is a generous size. The rooms are white tiled and spacious and the staircase is easy.
The furnishings are a mixture of antique, Chinese and modern.

Outside Amenities: The roof terrace gets sunshine most of the day, and has plenty of space for sun loungers and dining furniture. There is an automatic awning for summer shade, controlled by an anemometer and a light cell. At the bottom of our garden are our workshops-stained glass, wood work and wood turning and we would be happy to make these available to tenants by arrangement and with tuition if wished.
