Description of Property:   Beach, boho chic, Billabong, bikes, bars and bistros — all the fun of the seaside at the Beachouse Montalivet.

This authentic and beautiful 1930's wooden seaside villa popular with film,
TV and photo shoots is quiet and private yet right in the centre of town.
4 minutes to get to the beach, 3 minutes to centre of town, 2 minutes from France's largest everyday summer market and 1 minute to pour a glass of wine and head for your deckchair.

"I'm bored" are words you will never hear from your children. Babies and toddlers love the sand garden at the front of the house and teenagers love the surfing, the shops and cafés and above all the freedom to explore Montalivet on their own safely and independently.

Adults will appreciate tasting the best wines in the world, exploring the Medoc, Bordeaux and 300 top châteaux within the hour or simply shopping in the market, cooking and chilling out on the huge south facing verandah knowing everyone else in the party is happy.
