Cap D'Agde is a very fashionable resort located on the Mediterranean coast just 45 minutes south of Montpellier.
It is situated in the Languedoc region - the sunniest in France - with possibly the greatest range of activities and beaches on the whole of the Mediterranean coast. Languedoc is a fantastic area for wine tasting and enjoying the delights of sun-drenched Mediterranean cuisine and seafood.
In Agde there is an SNCF train station to enable easy travel to great nearby cosmopolitan cities of Montpellier, Béziers, Nimes, Narbonne, Carcassonne and Perpignan.
Easily served by low cost airlines into Béziers, Montpellier, Nimes, Carcassonne, Perpignan, Toulouse. Buses (Navettes) operate from all airports to local train stations. Trains come to Agde where there are taxis outside the station, approx 5km to Cap D’Agde. TGV from Paris direct to Agde in 4 hours.
