Description of Property:   On the ground floor you will find a spacious and characterful family bedroom with dressed granite stone walls and traditional wooden ceilings and beams. This bedroom has a double bed as well as a sofa-bed and clothes rack/rail. A further double bedroom, also with stone walls and beams, has a small wardrobe and drawer chest. Both these rooms share a petite bathroom with a built-in shower, sink and toilet.
Beneath the stairs is a washing machine.
On the first floor there is a large and beautifully appointed open plan kitchen/diner and lounge area set beneath the tall eaves with small windows and exposed grantite stone. The kitchen has in-built cupboards, an electric oven and gas hob, a microwave and all manner of crockery plus coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc. The long dining table seats eight. In the lounge area there is both English and French satellite TV plus DVD player and a good selection of English and French DVDs in the gite.
The third and final bedroom is offset from this space with both a double and single bed with wardrobe, drawer chest and bedside tables. The en-suite bathroom is spacious with bench seating, shower cubicle, toilet and sink with vanity unit.
