Description of Property: This traditional Breton longère is fitted out to modern standards. The large comfortable lounge area contains a traditional Breton fireplace with large wood burning stove which provides the main heating for the property, The fitted kitchen is well equipped, with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, gas hob and electric oven, a dining table is also situated within the kitchen area. Upstairs the large master bedroom has it's own en-suite shower room. There is also a twin bedroom and a small single. The family bathroom is of a good size. All rooms have views over the garden and surrounding area. The owner's property is attached to the house which means that we are usually on hand to deal with any difficulties that may arise.
Outside Amenities: The house is surrounded by a large grassed garden for use by the tenants. There is a sun deck on the side of the property which can be accessed via the main bedroom or steps up from the garden. There is also a barbecue area within the garden. The front of the house is mainly graveled with ample room for parking.
Surrounding Area: The longère is found down a quiet country lane at the heart of the beautiful Breton countryside. The roads are very quiet and are ideal for cycling, there are lots of local walks and plenty of places to visit. We are ideally located for bird watching with large numbers of birds visiting the garden and the coastal bird reserves. The town of Callac is approximately 5 miles away and has all the facilities necessary during your stay eg banks, supermarkets, GPs, vets, restaurants etc. The beautiful pink granite coast is approximately 30 minutes drive, with lots of stunning beaches and private coves. There are many historical towns and cities in the area such as Morlaix, Guingamp, Carhaix.

Pricing Info: The rental charge for the property is £425 per calendar month. Minimum stay during the winter months is 1 month. We require a security deposit of £50 per month for stays of less than 3 months. Rentals in excess of 3 months require a month's rental in advance to serve as a security deposit. The rental price is inclusive of taxes, internet/WiFi access and gas bottles for the hob. Electricity and water are charged at £50 per calendar month for 2 people, and £10 pcm for each additional person. Wood for the woodburning stove can be supplied at cost by prior arrangement with the owners.
