Description of Property:
The 18th century stone cottage is on a larger domain of c.10 hectares with vines, olive trees, lavender fields, fruit trees.

Walking access to the beautiful perched village, 800m away.
Living room and open plan kitchen on ground floor, c.35m2 with wood burner and electric heating, 2 bedrooms, 12m2 and 10m2 with shower room on 1st floor. Own terrace and independent from the main house. The house has been entirely refurbished recently, new electricity, plumbing, new kitchen, shower room and brand new appliances.
15mn from the lower Gorges du Verdon. Unlike other parts of Provence, this area is alive all year, with many fairs in places like Cotignac, Aups, Barjols nearby. Recommended for lovers of nature and hikers.

The master bedroom
The bubbling town of Aix en Provence with its majestic architecture and lively markets is 45mn away. From there, you can discover the Sainte Victoire and the Sainte Baume, mountains immortalised by many impressionist painters including Monet. The Gorges du Verdon are only 15mn away. Manosque, gateway to the Luberon area is only 30mn drive. The plateau de Valensole, home to the famous French lavender fields is a must in late spring.

Availability: This property is available year round for longer lets.
Long term lets are only available to renters with principle residence elsewhere.
