The house entrance is only 20 seconds' walk from free and secure car parking. The pretty south facing terrace has built in BBQ, and sun chairs. The living room with two comfy sofas looks over the river. The fully equipped kitchen includes sharp knives, spices, dried and fresh herbs, organic oils, salt, pepper flour and sugar. Cleaning agents and waste bags are provided. There is a separate dining area between living room and roof terrace. A separate library/computer space plus TV on the mezzanine level frees up the living room for others to use as they wish. La Condamine is double glazed and has a wood burning stove - warm and cosy out of season - but with shady spots to escape the intense heat of summer. Main UK television channels are available via satellite.
