As the name suggests this house was originally the Parsonage for the church in Loupiac, which used to be situated in the square at the bottom of the garden. The date stone states 1832, however sections of the lower level date back to medieval times.
The property has been used as a private residence for the past 35 years until 2007, when a complete refurbishment was undertaken.
