Description of Property:   La Amelia is a lovely 2 bedroomed cottage, decorated in a New England theme. It was a wonderful cream enamel wood burning stove to keep you warm in those long winter nights. Downstairs is a large open plan lounge / dining room, and a good size kitchen with loads of natural light with country style kitchen units and a butler sink. It has a full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Upstairs, there is one double bedroom, with lots of hanging space, and a twin bedroom, both bedrooms lead through to a very nice bathroom with large shower enclosure.

La Grace is our 1 bedroomed cottage which has a lovely cosy romantic feel. Downstairs is a good size kitchen / lounge /dining area, with a lovely wood burning stove set in a inglenook fireplace. Upstairs, is a large bedroom with A frame beams with lots of storage and bathroom with large shower enclosure.

Bookings of more than 1 month will gain a 10 % discount from month 2.

Outside Amenities:  La Amelia and La Grace are set in a row of 3 cottage, set well back from the road with large well kept gardens to the front and rear of the property. There are outside seating / BBQ areas, and a 10m x 5 m in-ground Swimming Pool. We have a small car park for up 3 cars ( 1 per cottage).

Surrounding Area:  We have 2 restaurants with easy walking distance, and many other local bars and restaurants in and around the St Sulphice area. We are 10 mins from the A20, Junction 22, and 40 mins from Limoges Airport. Also there are direct rail connections to Paris from La Souterraine.

Pricing Info:  The rental does not include electricity, gas or wood for the wood burner. However, the price includes water, Wifi and taxes.
To secure your booking we require a 500 euro deposit, this is non refundable up to the day or your arrival, then transfers to become your refundable breakage deposit.
This will be refunded to you at the end of your stay when cottage has been checked and no damages are found.
Your first months rent must be paid before or upon your arrival.

Availability: This property is available for longer rentals: Sept-2026 - End of May 2027

This property is available for weekly summer holiday rentals.
