20 minutes to Carcassonne and all it has to offer. There is a lake in the village ideal for a picnic. Several markets in the area including the famous Ravel Saturday market.
Toulouse is 50 minutes in one direction and Narbonne and its beaches the same distance in the opposite direction.
The area is famous for its vineyards and local cuisine.
