The heating for the ground floor is an under floor radiant heating system that provides a lovely ambient heat throughout the entire ground floor.
Behind the kitchen area is a spacious tiled and woodstove-heated grotto, opening into the living rock and offering a cool retreat in summer, and impressive warmth in winter.

Bedroom one has two single beds and bedroom two provides a double, this room boasts magnificent views of the surrounding southern French countryside. The second floor also boasts a magnificent view of surrounding southern French countryside and village.

Second floor
The second floor comprises of another two large bedrooms again adjacent to each other with an internal door separating the two. The first bedroom on the second floor has two single beds and a on suite shower booth with wash basin. The toilet is located on the second floor the other side of the stairwell providing privacy. The master bedroom on the second floor features a memory foam queen sized bed as well as two large windows, one of which boasts a magnificent view of the village and surrounding county side.

Third floor
The third floor boasts two large bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and a full three piece bathroom. The bathroom has a tub as well as toilet and wash basin newly created with travetine tiles and under floor radiant heating. The second bedroom, master bedroom, has a queen size memory foam mattress, two windows, one of which boasts a stunning view of village and rolling provencal hills. You can almost see the coast from this bedroom window.

Outside Amenities:  The grounds of the property features a 3 ½ meter wide terrace which extends to include the entire front of the house, the terrace then continues along the west side of the house for those looking for direct sun bathing in the afternoons. This home also features an exquisite ancient restored 3mX6m bath/pool/spa. Incorporating ancient features carved centuries ago into the cliff, this bath offers a wonderful facility to bathe in the heated water generated by the modern heated pool technology installed recently. Just beside the pool/spa is a newly created travertine tiled deck just large enough for mom and dad to sip cocktails under the sun while the kids amuse them selves splashing in the pool within eye shot of parental supervision.

There are many other lovely surrounding villages to visit such as Toutrour, Aups, Lac St Croix and the Gorges du Verdon. Many day trips are possible to St Tropez, Nice, Cannes etc.
The area has an abundance of vineyards to visit, perfect for wine lovers.

Pricing Info:  Pricing is based on a minimum of one, one month let. A deposit of 20% is required at time of booking. For the height of season months, specifically June the monthly rent is 2000 euros, for July and August the monthly rent is 2000 euros. For the months of September, October, the monthly rent is 1300 euros. For the months November through to the end of May, the monthly rent for these winter/early spring months is 1300 euros. The owner will consider two week rentals during the height of season period (June, July, August). In the case of two week rental in the height of season period the rental rate is 1500 euros (fourteen day stay). Electricity is not included.

Availability: This property is available year round for longer lets.
