Description of Property:
The dual aspect living area gets a lot of natural light from its generous windows. Two of these are patio doors.
Central to the living area is the glass dining table with its high backed leather chairs. This comfortably seats four and the chandelier overhead sets the mood nicely for a relaxing dinner in.
A cosy corner of the room houses the two-seater sofa and the TV with some English channels. There is also a reclining armchair with a foot rest for maximum comfort.
Open plan to the living area, the kitchen is designed for the social chef. The four ring hob is built into a worktop which faces towards the rest of the room, and best of all there are two high stools just the other side of the worktop for those who want to keep the chef company.
The kitchen also comes with a large fridge freezer, oven and dishwasher as well as all the utensils a chef on holiday could require.
The luxurious master bedroom comes with a King Size bed with a wrought iron frame. Tastefully decorated, the light here bounces softly off the large gilt framed mirror. Complete with two bedside tables with reading lamps, there are also his and hers wardrobes, so plenty of space to unpack all your belongings.
The second bedroom is a single, so ideal for a third person. As well as housing a wardrobe with hanging space and drawers, the cupboards in the second bedroom also conceal the washing machine and tumble dryer. Patio doors open out onto the balcony with views of the park opposite.
The single bed has the option of a small additional pull-out single bed (suitable for a child only) therefore it is possible to sleep two small children here. If this option is required, then an extra set of single linen must be reserved at time of booking.
Bedroom will fit a baby cot.
The apartment benefits from two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite to the master bedroom. Both are highly contemporary and come with a walk-in shower, toilet, heated towel rail, washbasin and vanity unit with mirror.
Outside Amenities: The two patio doors allow guests access to the wrap around balcony with table and chairs for two.

If you choose to stay at our Victor Hugo apartment, you will be within a five minute walk of the beach, ten minutes of the Pedestrian Zone, and fifteen minutes of the Old Town.
This is a residential area where lots of locals live. As a result, there are multiple supermarkets and some excellent bakeries to hand. The apartment is located opposite an attractive little park - the Jardin Alsace Lorraine - and just 15 minutes’ walk from the Liberation market.
Well-placed for transport links, there are several buses which stop nearby and the train station is about ten minutes away on foot.
