The second bedroom is located downstairs. It hosts two twin beds, bedside reading lamps, a window and air conditioning.
Baby cot can fit in the bedroom located upstairs.

There is also a public car park nearby under the Cours Saleya. A fifteen minute stroll will get you to the Port and the main shopping district in the modern city centre. The main Nice Ville train station is about 25 minutes away by foot or an easy 4-stop tram ride.
